    A At SORA Translations, projects are handled by professional translators with domain expertise, including pharmacists, CRAs, nurses, engineers, and legal professionals.
    Your project is never assigned to entry-level translators or students.

    Can I request a sample translation before proceeding? 
    A Yes, we offer a free sample translation of up to 200 words upon request.
    If you have your own internal testing process, we can proceed after evaluation.

    How long does a translation project take? 
    A On average:
    English → Korean: 2,000 words per day
    Korean → English: 3,000 characters per day
    Turnaround time may vary depending on complexity and scheduling.

    A Yes. Depending on the volume and complexity, same-day or next-day delivery may be available.

    A We build and maintain client-specific terminology databases (TB) and translation memories (TM). QA tools are used to ensure consistency across the entire document.

    Can you follow our preferred terminology? 
    A Absolutely. If you provide terminology lists or reference materials before the project begins, we will incorporate them into the translation.
    For large volumes of reference material, we recommend specifying priority sections for efficiency.

    Can revisions be made after delivery? 
    A Yes. If there are errors such as mistranslations or omissions, or minor terminology adjustments, we will revise accordingly based on your feedback.
    However, additional costs may apply if revisions are due to source text changes or new instructions not provided in advance.

    Do you handle formats other than Word (e.g., PPT, Excel, PDF, images)? 
    A Yes, we support a wide range of file formats.
    Depending on the format, additional DTP (layout) work may be required.
